Description:   pt20area is the Pictometry 2020 Project Area boundaries. This project area includes areas from 2018 Pictometry plus new areas needed by various county departments for the 2020 project. For 2020, Pictometry also started using a new quarter-square-mile cell grid to define project areas. This resulted in a slight expansion of the base 2018 project area for 2020 as well as filling selected small gaps and some project area interior "void" areas. This project includes "Community" 9-inch resolution areas as well as "Neighborhood" resolution at 3-inch resolution. These areas are identified in the RESOLUTION attribute. Known Errors/Qualifications: As of 5/11/2020 this layer reflects the final plan. It has not changed since 4/1/2020 when it was created as preliminary. Lineage: This layer was created by adding a RESOLUTION field (3-inch and 9-inch) to the PT_GRIDP planning layer,filtering on PLAN2020 'EXCLUDED' and dissolving on the RESOLUTION field. The result shows just the outer boundaries of the overall project 3 inch and 9 inch areas.
